Revert "i3c: master: Fix dynamic address leak when 'assigned-address' is present"

This reverts commit 7fd09abc which is
commit 851bd21c upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
