ANDROID: gki_defconfig: enable CONFIG_ARM_SCMI_TRANSPORT_VIRTIO 



CONFIG_ARM_SCMI_TRANSPORT_VIRTIO is required by SCMI based IIO sensor
driver (CONFIG_IIO_SCMI) to enable VirtIO SCMI support.
