Revert "bpf: Fix dev's rx stats for bpf_redirect_peer traffic"

This reverts commit 8e7b5300 which is
commit 024ee930 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
