ANDROID: block: fix non po2 support of blk-zoned device

Recently, a series of non-power-of-2 zoned size supporting patches has
been ported to the ACK. Due to the long period of inactivity in that
patch series, some non-power-of-2 checks were not completely removed.

Remove the non-power-of-2 check in blk-zone.c
