Revert "i3c: master: svc: Modify enabled_events bit 7:0 to act as IBI enable counter"

This reverts commit ac0fed07 which is
commit 25bc99be upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
