Revert "modpost: Include '.text.*' in TEXT_SECTIONS"

This reverts commit 973cfc7e which is
commit 19331e84 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel LTO build into a thousand tiny pieces.  So
this can not work here at all.  Odds are it's only for the upstream
version of LTO, and NOT for the out-of-tree version of LTO that this
Android branch has in it.
