ANDROID: android-arm64_defconfig: CONFIG_DM_BOW 



This config is required to enable userdata checkpointing on ARM
devices. GKI already has the config enabled so this is a temporary
config for devices.

Bug: 398318965
Test: Boot arm64 device, check for config.
