ANDROID: KVM: Expose min hyp s1 free pages in debugfs 



Expose a new file in KVM's debugfs folder, hyp_s1_pool_min_free, which
reports the lowest peak of free memory in the hypervisor's stage-1 pool
since boot. This allows to check how close we ever got to 0 to tune
kvm-arm.hyp_lm_size_mb accordingly.
