ASoC: arizona/madera: use fsleep() in up/down DAPM event delays.

Using `fsleep` instead of `msleep` resolves some customer complaints
regarding the precision of up/down DAPM event timing. `fsleep()`
automatically selects the appropriate sleep function, making the delay
time more predictable.
