Revert "arm64: ftrace: fix unreachable PLT for ftrace_caller in init_module with CONFIG_DYNAMIC_FTRACE"

This reverts commit 50f2f392 which is
commit a7ed7b9d upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
