ANDROID: drivers/arm-smmu-v3-kvm: Default to use stage-1

As now stage-1 is fully supported we can use it instead of stage-2
plus having pasid support.

In the future we can have different mechanisms to choose between
stage-1 and stage-2 as we only use stage-1 for devices that support
and use pasid.

For IDMAPPED domains they default to stage-2 as we are sure PASID is
not used.
