ASoC: codecs: wcd93xx: Few simplifications of code and 

Merge series from Krzysztof Kozlowski <krzysztof.kozlowski@linaro.org>:

Make the WCD93xx codec drivers simpler using
devm_regulator_bulk_get_enable() and obtain missing VDD_PX supply on
wcd939x.
