Revert "nvmem: add explicit config option to read old syntax fixed OF cells"

This reverts commit 26e2fe4c which is
commit 2cc3b37f upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
