Revert "xfrm: Pass flowi_oif or l3mdev as oif to xfrm_dst_lookup"

This reverts commit 9476ecd7 which is
commit 748b82c2 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
