Revert "virtio_ring: add a func argument 'recycle_done' to virtqueue_reset()"

This reverts commit 343a7756 which is
commit 8d2da07c upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
