ANDROID: usb: typec: tcpci: Check for port_type while returning cc status

FUSB307b incorrectly sets cc_termination when sink-only
mode is enforced. port_type reflects whether sink-only
mode is enforced. This is used to WAR the incorrect
rp_term while querying cc_status in sink only mode.
