ANDROID: netfilter: x_tables: Only use compat extension structs 



Now that everything that needed to be converted to support compat
metadata structures has done so, only use those structs, and prevent
those fields from being introduced into struct xt_match and struct
xt_target so that CONFIG_NETFILTER_XTABLES_COMPAT can be enabled.
