ANDROID: Revert^3 "Kbuild: Support KBUILD_MIXED_TREE in Makefile.modfinal" 



This reverts commit f21a566a.

Reason for revert: No longer needed in 6.13 because of upstream
support to build external modules in a separate directory. See
commit 214c0eea ("kbuild: add $(objtree)/ prefix to some in-kernel build artifacts")
