ANDROID: Update the ABI 



Update the ABI because of the ANDROID_KABI_RESERVE() into
ANDROID_KABI_USE() change in a previous CL.

type 'struct scsi_host_template' changed
  member 'union { enum scsi_timeout_action(* eh_timed_out2)(struct scsi_cmnd *); struct { u64 android_kabi_reserved1; }; union { }; }' was added
  member 'u64 android_kabi_reserved1' was removed
