ANDROID: add two drm symbols to db845c list

In commit c77dee53 ("Linux 6.6.48"), the db845c drm driver (msm.ko),
now needs two more symbols to operate properly, drm_rect_rotate and
drmm_kmalloc.  Add them to the symbol list for the db845c build target.

As these were already part of the ABI for other targets, no .stg file
updates are needed, just the addition to the target list.
