ARM: OMAP2+: Regroup IOMMU pdata quirks for DRA7

The current IOMMU pdata quirks have been slightly rearranged
so that the DRA7 SoC specific macro is not duplicated in the
omap_auxdata_lookup table.

The duplicated macro was introduced by mistake when the IOMMU
pdata quirks were added in commits bb3d8a33 ("ARM: OMAP2+:
Extend iommu pdata-quirks to DRA74x DSP2") and 8d6dc1bb
("ARM: OMAP2+: Extend iommu pdata-quirks to DRA7 IPUs & DSP1").
