ARM: dts: imx7d-meerkat96: Fix the 'tuning-step' property

According to Documentation/devicetree/bindings/mmc/fsl-imx-esdhc.yaml, the
correct name of the property is 'fsl,tuning-step'.

Fix it accordingly.
