Revert "ANDROID: GKI: Enable CONFIG_USB_XHCI_HCD" 



This reverts commit db102bc6 ("ANDROID: GKI: Enable
CONFIG_USB_XHCI_HCD") until vendor code which contrbutes to these
drivers is removed.
