ANDROID: abi_gki_aarch64_db845c: Update abi symbol list to get db845c booting again

The recent UFS changes that landed caused db845c to stop booting
due to missing symbols on the symbol list.

This patch corrects it, generated by running:
  ./build/build_abi.sh -u -s
