wifi: ath12k: Add support for 512 MB profile

Add support for the 512 MB profile, as the driver currently supports
only the 1 GB profile. The 512 MB profile is useful in scenarios where
memory constraints are a concern.

Make the following modifications to enable the 512 MB profile:

-Decrease the sizes of the transmit/receive descriptors and monitor ring.
-Inform the firmware about the 512 MB profile via the QMI initialization
service.
-Reduce the number of virtual device (vdev) counts to 8.
-Reduce number of station per radio.
