ANDROID: KVM: arm64: iommu: Add type to alloc_domain 



As soon we would support different domain type for SMMUv3(stage 1/2),
a type is passed to alloc_domain which is passed to the driver.

For now only stage-2 domains are supported which are passed from EL1
SMMU KVM driver.
