ANDROID: GKI: enable CONFIG_EROFS_FS=m

Some vendors are using erofs, so make this a module for everyone to use.

Create abi_gki_aarch65_android_internal_whitelist to contain symbols
that the GKI "internal" kernel modules need, these will not be exported
to modules outside of the built-in-modules in the future, but need to be
listed somewhere now.
