Revert "bpf: Add map and need_defer parameters to .map_fd_put_ptr()"

This reverts commit eb6f68ec which is
commit 20c20bd1 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
