ANDROID: x86_64 gki_defconfig: Enable CONFIG_DISK_BASED_SWAP 



Linux Test Project (LTP) swap{on,off} tests from Android VTS require
disk based swap capability to be able to test the swapon()/swapoff()
syscalls. Enable disk based swap from x86_64 devices.
