FROMLIST: fuse: Fix colliding FUSE_PASSTHROUGH flag

The FUSE_PASSTHROUGH flag has a conflict with linux-next, in which this id
has been reserved for other purposes.
Update FUSE_PASSTHROUGH bit id to one that has not been reserved upstream
yet.
