ANDROID: mm: vmalloc: export vmap_ apis

Export below symbols:
 vmap_pages_range_noflush
 __vmap_pages_range_noflush

These API are used to map the pages to kernel virtual address. These
symbols are used to map a region, outside of the DDR, which can be still
treated like DDR(think of like addressable TCM), on our targets.
