configs/hardening: Enable CONFIG_INIT_ON_FREE_DEFAULT_ON 

To reduce stale data lifetimes, enable CONFIG_INIT_ON_FREE_DEFAULT_ON as
well. This matches the addition of CONFIG_STACKLEAK=y, which is doing
similar for stack memory.
