ANDROID: fix dmabuf accounting lockdep checking

When a local_lock_t is locked, lockdep only accounts the cpu-specific
internal lock as being held. If lockdep_assert_held() is called on the
lock defined with DEFINE_PER_CPU, it will always fail. Instead, the
cpu-specific lock must be passed to the assert.
