ANDROID: KVM: arm64: Add missing hyp tracing "trace" file 



The "trace" file has been omitted when bringing-up Android15 branches.
If reading this file doesn't do anything (hyp tracing does not support
non-consuming read), this is nonetheless used for writing to clear the
tracing buffers.
