ANDROID: drivers/arm-smmu-v3-kvm: Add SMMUs to domain for live devices

If a device had a live ste (another pasid already attached) and new
pasid is attached to a new domain, the new domain will not track
the smmu of this device, hence missing tlb invalidation.
Make sure to add the iommu_node in that case.
