ANDROID: KVM: arm64: Do not advertise FEAT_MOPS for protected guests

Memory Copy and Memory Set Operations (MOPS) are not supported
for protected guests. Ensure that the feature is not on the allow
list in ID_AA64ISAR2_EL1.
