tools headers: Sync uapi/asm-generic/mman.h with the kernel sources

To pick up the changes in this cset:

  3630e82a ("mman: Add map_shadow_stack() flags")

This addresses these perf build warnings:

  Warning: Kernel ABI header differences:
    diff -u tools/include/uapi/asm-generic/mman.h include/uapi/asm-generic/mman.h
