ANDROID: GKI: Update symbol list for qcom 



Add sched_proxy_exec symbol to the QCOM symbol list to support sched
proxy execution.

Update stg as follows:

1 variable symbol(s) added
  'struct static_key_false __sched_proxy_exec'
