ANDROID: db845c: add drm_rect_rotate_inv to symbol list

In commit 8b93b3e1 ("drm/msm/dpu: take plane rotation into account
for wide planes") the driver calls drm_rect_rotate_inv() which was not
part of the exported symbols for the db845c target.  Add them to the
list to allow the build to work properly again.
