ANDROID: KVM: arm64: PROTECTED_NVHE_STACKTRACE to PKVM_STACKTRACE 



The mouthful PROTECTED_NVHE and now inaccurate prefix (the pKVM
hypervisor actually runs with hVHE) is on its way out in favor of PKVM.
