Revert "mtd: spi-nor: cadence-quadspi: Declare Octal mode capability" 



This reverts commit e8979f5c.

The Octal mode code is to be removed from this driver to make way for a
newer way of using a flash in Octal DTR mode. So drop the Octal mode
capability.
