Bluetooth: btusb: Add 13 USB device IDs for Qualcomm WCN785x

Add 13 USB device IDs for Qualcomm WCN785x, and these IDs are
extracted from Windows driver inf file for various types of
WoS (Windows on Snapdragon) laptop.
