ANDROID: memblock: remove CONFIG_MEMBLOCK_MEMSIZE to simplify 



Now we support memblock_memsize=none by default, we don't have to keep
the CONFIG_MEMBLOCK_MEMSIZE. Remove CONFIG_MEMBLOCK_MEMSIZE to simplify.

CONFIG_MAX_MEMBLOCK_MEMSIZE was changed to just MAX_MEMBLOCK_MEMSIZE.
