ANDROID: abi_gki_aarch64_qcom: Add Tegra Symbols

Add devm_tegra_memory_controller_get and tegra_mc_probe_device
to the qcom list as this arm-smmu-nvidia module is been enabled
with CONFIG_ARM_SMMU.
