Revert "FIXUP: CHROMIUM: UBUNTU: SAUCE: trace: add trace events for open(), exec() and uselib()"

This reverts commit bd26413c.

Reverting to see how the performance of the base GKI kernel is without
additional patches. If we end up needing this then we should merge it upstream.
