drm/amd/display: Promote DAL to 3.2.324

This version brings along following fixes:
- Fix some Replay/PSR issue
- Fix backlight brightness
- Fix suspend issue
- Fix visual confirm color
- Add scoped mutexes for amdgpu_dm_dhcp
