ANDROID: arm64: gki_defconfig: Add CONFIG_DMA_RESTRICTED_POOL=y 



Add CONFIG_DMA_RESTRICTED_POOL=y, allowing pKVM guests to use separate
SWIOTLB buffers for each virtio device.
