ANDROID: vendor_hooks: Supplement the missing hook call point. 



As a supplement to commit 6c1c1552
("ANDROID: vendor_hook: add hooks to protect locking-tsk in cpu scheduler").
In rwsem read, we missed a lock-holding scenario, add it now.
