ANDROID: GKI: Disable CONFIG_PROVE_RAW_LOCK_NESTING 



CONFIG_PROVE_RAW_LOCK_NESTING is enabled by default when
ARCH_SUPPORTS_RT, but causes lockdep to report issues that are
only relevant when PREEMPT_RT=y. Disable this config on GKI so that
lockdep can discover more critical issues on Android.
