Revert "net: set SOCK_RCU_FREE before inserting socket into hashtable"

This reverts commit 6c71b9b1 which is
commit 871019b2 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
